Improve leadership skills within the team
When working around horses, the team will be given tasks to prove themselves as leaders within certain situations working with the horse. This will give rise to confidence within the team and will let certain team members come to the fore without the use of or brashness or arrogance.
Cohesiveness & the team
Getting the team to interact in new situations and learn new skills together. Due to the nature of business today workers need to be flexible and able to adapt very quickly to changing circumstances. Working with new tools and new information will develop a new way of thinking within the team working with members they may not normally interact with.
