Personality:		Herbie had a very poor start in life when he was rescued as an abandoned foal by IHWT. Herbie is a sweet boy who has won all the hearts at IHWT with his kindness and although quite shy he is growing in confidence daily. Herbie will need a kind and considerate owner willing to take him on and invest in this sweet horse. Herbie will make a super ladies hack, or dressage horse, he has great potential.
